We go to reach people far from God and serve others—locally and globally. Here are a number of ways we do that.
We have the privilege of holding church each week in correctional facilities across northeast Ohio. During this season when we have not been able to hold live worship experiences, we have been able to continue to send our worship experiences into the facilities digitally, along with weekly devotionals. We’re grateful for the partnership with these facilities who allow us to keep ministry flowing when we can’t be there in person.
Each year hundreds of volunteers from Faith Family Church gather to assist in a wide variety of service projects for local schools, organizations, and nonprofits as part of Serve Day—a global one-day event where churches from across the globe roll up their sleeves and serve their communities. Even in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, hundreds of Faith Family volunteers served "social-distancing style" in 2020 at 31 projects across our community.
Now, preparations are under way for Serve Day 2021 which will be held June 19. Stay tuned because registration will open soon!
We're meeting needs practically and spiritually through various service projects in our local communities. Want to help? We support partners all around the world through prayer, financial giving, and by sending short term mission teams.
During the Coronavirus pandemic, when international travel was halted, some of our teams continued to meet virtually to pray for the nation and partners they had planned to visit, while others rallied together with our Community and Serve Teams to respond to the needs in our local community.
