‍Stow Worship Coordinator | Part-Time (25-29 hours per week)‍

This position will lead our Stow Campus worship by providing guidance to the Stow Campus worship leaders, band, and singers. Responsibilities include recruiting and leading worship volunteers, identifying gifts, and developing talents. In addition, the coordinator position will oversee all rehearsals and direct, play, or sing as needed. Applicants should have strong communication skills, be musically knowledgeable, and have good relational skills.

Facilities Team | Part-Time (25-29 hours per week)

‍This position is fast-paced and involves cleaning, setting up and tearing down for events, heavy lifting, operating cleaning equipment, and using cleaning products. Applicants need to enjoy cleaning and must be able to work a flexible schedule with varying daytime hours, evening hours, and weekend hours.

Early Learning Center

Applicants with licensed childcare center experience is preferred. All Faith Family Early Learning Center employees are employees of Faith Family Church.

ELC Lead Teacher – Preschool | Full-time (4 – 10 hour days per week)

This position requires a high school diploma, a CDA or Early Education degree, 1 year of experience in a licensed center, and a passion for children. It involves leading children age 3-4 in the day-to-day activities and providing consistent quality care in a loving, safe environment. Lead Teachers implement the curriculum while teaching age-appropriate social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

ELC Lead Teacher – Pre-Toddler | Full-time (4 – 10 hour days per week)

This position requires a high school diploma, a CDA or Early Education degree, 1 year of experience in a licensed center, and a passion for children. It involves leading children age 1 in the day-to-day activities and providing consistent quality care in a loving, safe environment. Lead Teachers implement the curriculum while encouraging age-appropriate social and emotional development.
