Stow Worship Coordinator | Part-time (25-29 hours per week)

This position will lead our Stow campus worship by providing guidance to the Stow campus worship leaders, band, and singers. Responsibilities include recruiting and leading worship volunteers, identifying gifts, and developing talents. In addition, the coordinator position will oversee all rehearsals and will direct, play, or sing as needed. Applicants need to have strong communication skills, be musically knowledgeable, and have good relational skills.

Campus Facilities Director | Full-time (40 hours per week)

This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our church facilities across multiple campuses. This includes overseeing building maintenance, custodial services, grounds upkeep, central ordering, and safety functions. The director will collaborate with campus teams, staff, and volunteers to create a welcoming and functional environment. Applicants need to display leadership and problem-solving skills, have a eye for details, and collaborate and communicate with others well. Previous facilities management experience preferred.

Early Learning Center

Applicants with licensed childcare center experience is preferred. All Faith Family Early Learning Center employees are employees of Faith Family Church.

ELC Teacher – Pre-toddler | Full-time (4 – 10 hour days per week)

This position requires a high school diploma, a CDA or Early Education degree, 1 year of experience in a licensed center, and a passion for children. It involves assisting in the day-to-day activities of children 1 year old, providing consistent quality care and a loving and safe environment, as well as supporting the Lead Teachers in teaching age-appropriate social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

ELC Lead Teacher – Pre-toddler | Full-time (4 – 10 hour days per week)

This position requires a high school diploma, a CDA or Early Education degree, 1 year of experience in a licensed center, and a passion for children. It involves managing the day-to-day activities of children 1 year old, providing consistent quality care and a loving and safe environment, as well as creatively teaching age-appropriate social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Lead Teachers are responsible for lesson planning and assessments.

 

ELC Lead Teacher – Preschool | Full-time (4 – 10 hour days per week)

This position requires a high school diploma, a CDA or Early Education degree, 1 year of experience in a licensed center, and a passion for children. It involves managing the day to day activities of children 3 years old, providing consistent quality care and a loving and safe environment, as well as creatively teaching them cognitive and social skills. Lead Teachers are responsible for lesson planning and assessments.
