Stow Worship Coordinator | Part-time (25-29 hours per week)
This position will lead our Stow campus worship by providing guidance to the Stow campus worship leaders, band, and singers. Responsibilities include recruiting and leading worship volunteers, identifying gifts, and developing talents. In addition, the coordinator position will oversee all rehearsals and will direct, play, or sing as needed. Applicants need to have strong communication skills, be musically knowledgeable, and have good relational skills.
Generational Worship Coordinator | Full-time (40 hours per week)
This position will lead our generational worship teams on how to best engage the youth and kids of Faith Family in worship. Responsibilities include recruiting and leading worship volunteers, identifying gifts, and developing talents. In addition, the coordinator position will oversee all rehearsals and will direct, play, or sing as needed. Applicants need to have strong communication skills, be musically knowledgeable, and have good relational skills with an ability to connect with adult volunteers, youth, and kids.
Creative Project Manager | Full-time (40 hours per week)
This position will provide administrative support to our Creative Department by organizing data and collaborating with various departments regarding design and video requests. This involves a lot of communication, following processes, scheduling timelines, and managing tight deadlines. Applicants must have the ability to stay organized, work well with computer programs/software, communicate effectively, and ensure that all aspects of a project are seen through to completion.
Assistant Communications Director | Part-time (29 hours per week)
This position will assist with communication needs related to the worship experiences, church-wide events, and promotions. This includes content writing for various platforms (print, web, video, email, social media, signage etc.) while ensuring consistency in the language and the message being conveyed. Applicants need to have strong computer skills, organizational skills, and have the ability to write creatively, clearly, and with enthusiasm. In addition, this position will help lead the communications team through timelines, decision making process, and overall consistency.
Early Learning Center
Applicants with licensed childcare center experience is preferred. All Faith Family Early Learning Center employees are employees of Faith Family Church.
ELC Lead Teacher – Pretoddler | Full-time (4 – 10 hourdays per week)
This position requires a high school diploma, a CDA or Early Education degree, 1 year of experience in a licensed center, and a passion for children. It involves managing the day-to-day activities of children 1 year old, providing consistent quality care, a loving and safe environment, as well as teaching age-appropriate social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Lead Teachers are responsible for lesson planning and assessments.
Office Support Staff | Full-time (5 – 8 hour days per week)
This position requires a high school diploma and a passion for children. Center experience is preferred but not required. It involves supporting the staff by providing classroom coverage for meal breaks, call offs, and other meetings that would require the teacher to step out of the classroom. Applicants need to be able to provide quality care to all ages (infant-age 5; up to age 12 on occasion). Duties would also include engaging in the children’s day-to-day activities, maintaining a clean environment, assisting the children with good hygiene, and displaying good communication with ELC clients.
